Hedgeley Parish Council has now finalised its plans for the upcoming Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
They’ll take place as follows.
Since advertising the Support Ukraine Pie and Pea Supper event just four days ago, the response from local people has been magnificent. So much so that, unfortunately, all tickets for the event to be held on Friday 11 March 2022 at 7pm are now sold. The Breamish Hall has met its safe capacity limit for public events.

Following the preliminary notice informing that Hedgeley Parish Council is planning to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee the date has now been confirmed as:
Saturday 4 June 2022
This year, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will become the first British Monarch to celebrate 70 years of service. In recognition, the UK Government has announced an extra Bank Holiday. This means there will be four days of celebration commencing Thursday 2 June – Sun 5 June (including the additional Fri 3 June Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday).
Hedgeley Parish Council is planning to join in the national celebrations as follows:

In co-operation with Community Action Northumberland (CAN) and Northumberland Archives, with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, a new project has begun to preserve, record, and share the heritage of the Breamish Village Hall for the benefit of the rural community it serves.
