Hedgeley Parish Council is planning to join in the national celebrations as follows:

Friday 3 June 2022

[NB: This date is still to be confirmed]

Venue: Powburn Community Garden and Powburn Play Area

Bouncy Castle | Children’s Games | BBQ | More!

Jubilee Celebrations Committee

A small committee of interested people, led by Hedgeley Parish Council, has been formed. It currently comprises: 3 Parish Councillors, 2 Hedgeley Women’s Institute members, 1 Breamish Hall Committee member and 1 Powburn Show member.

Got any ideas?

The committee has already started to pool ideas about what activities could take place on the day – but there is still planning to be done. There are also a few financial grants available – the committee will make applications in due course.

If you have any ideas/thoughts about how we could celebrate, then please contact the Chair of Hedgeley Parish Council in the first instance:

Ms May Wilson

And…if you’d like to join the committee, we are always looking for willing volunteers!

See you there!
