Bulbs planted by local children
Following our call for help to plant bulbs in the Powburn Play Area, several children from Branton Community Primary School and Breamish Valley Nursery came along on 9 November 2021 to plant snowdrops and bluebells. Remembrance 2021
Breamish Valley Remembrance 2021
On Sunday 14 November 2021 residents of Breamish Valley, and visitors from further afield, came to remember service personnel who died protecting our freedoms.
In a well-attended service led by Revd. Velda Nicholson people, old and young, gathered to remember the sacrifice of those who lost their lives in conflicts.
Poppy Display 2021
Knitted and crocheted poppy display 2021

May Wilson and Noreen Birnie have made a wonderful vista of the colourful poppies and put it on show today. And it looks marvellous!
