Following the successful appearance of Tiny Afro at the Breamish Hall, Powburn on Friday 18 March 2022, the final count of money raised towards the Disaster Emergency Committee for their Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal is now in.
The Pie and Pea Supper event held last night at the Breamish Hall in support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal was a great success. May Wilson, who organised the event, has sent this message:
Since advertising the Support Ukraine Pie and Pea Supper event just four days ago, the response from local people has been magnificent. So much so that, unfortunately, all tickets for the event to be held on Friday 11 March 2022 at 7pm are now sold. The Breamish Hall has met its safe capacity limit for public events.
Following the retirement of Revd. Marion Penfold, the Benefice of Breamish and Till is now pleased to announce the appointment of a new vicar who, among other things, will be responsible for Ingram Church. We’re pleased to introduce Revd. Tracey Usher…in her own words.
